Rent, the credit card,

and nothing left?

Ninety minutes to get your feet back under you. No experience needed. Can't make it in person? Reach out for a virtual option!

Location: Unity Temple on the Plaza - 707 W 47th St.

When: Tuesday, November 10th 6:30 to 8 PM

When rent and the credit card bill take almost everything, it's hard to know where to start. Solid Ground is ninety minutes on the money basics most of us were never taught, no experience needed. We'll walk through your finances like a house, floor by floor: know, stabilize, protect and grow. You'll find out how long you could stay afloat if your income stopped, why a big tax refund isn't the win it feels like, and why the minimum payment keeps a balance around.

Hosted by Laura Ferris, Fractional CFO with special guest Jen Watts, Embodiment Coach

If $35 is a stretch right now, email hello@ferrisaccountingandadvisory.com about a scholarship seat.

What you'll find out

The money basics most of us were never taught.

Know

Start with the bills that have to be paid every month. You'll leave with a real number instead of a guess.

Stabilize:

How many months you could cover your bills if your income stopped, and why the minimum payment keeps a card balance around.

Protect

Your health, your paycheck, your car, the people who count on you. A short checklist of the protection most people are missing.

Grow

Growth doesn't take a big income. You'll pick a small percentage to start with and let it build.
